Booking and Cancellation

​

• Reservations: Please book your event or private chef service at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to craft the perfect menu and experience for you.

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so at least seven days before your event to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than seven days before the event may incur a fee of 50% of the total cost. If you do not pay the remaining balance within 7 days of event your event will be cancelled, and your refund will be deposited. 

Payment

• We require a 25% deposit when booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. 

• We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

 

Menu Planning

• Our team specializes in bespoke menus and a variety of cuisines. We're here to meet your dietary needs, including keto, low-calorie, Atkins, and more.

• Menu finalization should be completed ten days before the event to ensure ingredient availability and preparation.

 

Service Area and Delivery

• We offer free delivery for catering and meal plans within 15 miles of our location. Beyond this, a delivery fee applies.

• Private chef services are available within our service area, with travel arrangements negotiable for longer distances.

 

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during your initial consultation. We are committed to accommodating your needs and ensuring a safe dining experience.

 

Health and Safety

• Our team adheres strictly to health and safety regulations to provide high-quality, safe culinary experiences.

• All food is prepared in a kitchen that meets or exceeds local health department standards.
